🌄 One Season Ends. Another Begins.

The photo above was taken on the final evening of a Silver Duke of Edinburgh expedition—
standing at Pindale, looking out towards the Mam Tor ridge in Derbyshire.

It was the last night of the expedition,
but also the last of a long stretch of outdoor leadership work.

Back-to-back expeditions. Long days on the hill.
Young people learning, stretching themselves.
A season of walking, watching, supporting, guiding.

Then—suddenly—it ended.
Stillness. Sunset. A breath of space.

I stood there, quietly thinking:

One season ends. Another begins.

And for me, that shift is from boots-on-the-ground expedition work
to being back in the coaching chair—helping business owners move forward with clarity and confidence.
